Case and dial only- Seth Thomas Clock Co., "Regulator No. 17" in old oak case with 18 inch Roman numeral painted metal dial
CONDITION:
sold "as is". There are nicks and scrapes throughout the case, which is complete. The sides have paint residue from being on the wall during painting. The dial has the original paint with a couple of small flakes.
